You have 14 days after receipt of the goods to request a refund.

The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

The processing time for refunds is usually 1 to 2 working days after receipt of the goods. The products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged. Hygiene articles are excluded from refund or exchange.

Your refund will be made via the original payment method you used to make the purchase.

Yes, you can exchange an item if the desired replacement item is available. Please note that hygiene articles cannot be exchanged.
