Shipping costs:

• A-Priority Plus: CHF 2.90
• A-Priority up to 2kg: CHF 10.50
• A-Priority up to 10kg: CHF 13.50
• A-Priority up to 30kg: CHF 22.50
• Bulky goods up to 30kg: CHF 32.50
• Bulky goods over 1 meter: CHF 32.50
• For larger products such as care beds and patient lifts, we offer delivery with assembly. The costs depend on the desired delivery location.

Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods. We will check the situation and offer a satisfactory solution, either in the form of a replacement or a refund.

Changes or cancelations can be made before your order is shipped.
