Body-Band

A body band can be taken anywhere, so you can train with it not only at home but also on the go. It is a handy, simple but extremely effective training device. Almost every muscle group can be strengthened by exercising with the Body-Band. The bands with high elasticity are suitable for training small, comparatively weak muscles, for example. However, the lightest version is also suitable for rebuilding after healed injuries or for older people. With the firmer bands, well-trained athletes can shape their muscles even more specifically.
