The MBT-2 movement trainer is the ideal training device for maintaining and strengthening leg and arm muscles and increasing joint mobility. Muscle strength in the legs and arms decreases with age or after long illnesses and injuries. At a certain point, many exercise machines can no longer be used because the muscles are too weak. The movement trainer is the solution to this problem. You can use it to train with low resistance and then keep on increasing. The exercise bike has a built-in computer with a large LCD display that can perform seven different functions, e.g. displaying speed, distance, calories burned and training time. The resistance when pedaling is infinitely adjustable and the pedals have adjustable straps. The exercise bike is very stable thanks to its wide non-slip feet.
